As a Pest Controllers we are called out to bedbug jobs on a daily basis.

People in general feel dirty or  really ashamed to think they have an Bed Bugs in there homes, after all, who would have thought in 2012 we could be carrying such a bug in our homes.

But beg bugs are on the increase, Pest Controllers are reporting a higher number of Bed Bug jobs year on year & in some cases Pest Controllers in London are now full time in removing Bed Bugs

There are so many places or chances of picking up these insects, but, in the vast majority of cases, second hand furniture is the BIGGEST cause. With the trading in second hand goods on the Internet being so common and the local second hand shops selling a nice sofa or bed frame, people bring these blood suckers in without even seeing them enter.

Once Bed Bugs are in, then the next thing you know is….. yes, you got it….bites bites bites!!! For a while you think it’s a gnat bite, but they just keep biting night after night. So, next you have a look around the bed, checking google as you go for tips and tricks on how to spot these blood suckers. Finally, you spot a faeces mark or a blood mark on the mattress.

At this point one of two things will now happen……You phone a Pest Controller in and have him sort the problem out or you go to google or eBay for a DIY kit….My advice is call a professional out to remove this problem, otherwise you are going to waste £40, 1 litre of blood and two weeks of your life trying to remove these blood suckers from your bed ……just to then end up calling somebody out anyway.
